SF-400 Semi-Automated Coagulation Analyzer
The SF-400 Semi-Automated Coagulation Analyzer features reagent preheating, magnetic stirring, automatic printing, temperature accumulation, time indication, and more. Benchmark curves are stored within the instrument, and curve graphs can be printed as needed.
The testing principle is based on detecting amplitude fluctuations of steel beads in the test cuvette via a magnetic sensor, with results obtained through computational analysis. Using this method, test results are not affected by original plasma viscosity, hemolysis, chylous samples, or icterus. Artificial errors are minimized through the use of an electronic sample-link application device, ensuring high accuracy and excellent repeatability.
This analyzer is suitable for coagulation factor testing in medical institutions, scientific research, and educational facilities.
