UriSed Mini – Automated Urine Sediment Analyzer

The UriSed Mini redefines urinalysis by combining the accuracy of the traditional gold standard microscopy method with the efficiency of modern automation. Designed to eliminate the most labor-intensive and operator-dependent steps of manual urine microscopy, it ensures fast, reliable, and reproducible results every time.

In addition to serving as a primary analyzer, it can also act as a backup system for automated sediment analyzers, providing seamless workflow continuity in high-demand environments.

With its patented UriSed technology, the instrument automates the preparation, imaging, and evaluation of urine sediment samples, allowing laboratory personnel to focus on data review and clinical decision-making rather than repetitive manual procedures. How It Works:

UriSed Mini is powered by patented UriSed technology, which automates traditional manual microscopy. Operators simply insert a special disposable cuvette and inject the native urine sample using a manual pipette. Without requiring any specialized liquid reagents, UriSed Mini completes the analysis automatically.

After centrifugation, the instrument captures 15 full field-of-view images per sample via its internal microscope and evaluates them using the Automatic Image Evaluation Module (AIEM), a high-quality image processing software. Images and results can be reviewed and validated in the UriSed Mini user software.
