Jakarta, November 6–7, 2025 — PT RAFA Topaz Utama welcomed a strategic visit from its South Korean principal, ezDIATECH Inc., as part of its ongoing commitment to advancing diagnostic innovation in Indonesia. The visit marked the introduction of VEUS, a next-generation fully automated diagnostic platform that integrates Immunoassay, Fluorescence Assay, and ELISA into a single system—offering a streamlined and efficient solution for modern laboratory workflows.

During this engagement, RAFA Topaz Utama’s product and technical teams participated in intensive training sessions to ensure readiness for the implementation of VEUS. Designed to deliver high precision and automation, the platform represents a significant advancement in laboratory efficiency while maintaining robust analytical performance.

At the clinical level, VEUS brings new possibilities in the diagnosis of Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and neurological disorders, enabling the detection of key biomarkers such as GFAP and UCH-L1, as well as markers associated with neurodegenerative diseases including Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s, using blood samples. This innovation supports a shift toward faster, more accurate, and minimally invasive neurological diagnostics, facilitating early detection and timely clinical intervention.

As part of the visit, Dr. Yong Gyun Jung, CEO of ezDIATECH Inc., accompanied by the RAFA Topaz Utama team, conducted discussions with leading clinicians at Indonesia’s national referral hospitals, including the National Brain Center (RS PON Prof. Dr. dr. Mahar Mardjono) and Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo National Central General Hospital (RSCM). These exchanges highlighted the shared vision between technology providers and medical professionals to elevate neurological diagnostic standards in Indonesia.
