ABO System – Monoclonal Reagents
Lorne Monoclonal IgM ABO blood grouping reagents contain mouse-derived monoclonal IgM antibodies diluted in a phosphate buffer containing sodium chloride, EDTA, and bovine albumin. Each reagent is supplied at an optimal dilution for use with slide, tube, gel card, and microplate methods.
Rhesus System – Monoclonal Reagents
Lorne Monoclonal Anti-D Duoclone blood grouping reagent is a low-protein reagent formulated as a blend of human monoclonal IgM and IgG Anti-D antibodies, diluted in a phosphate buffer containing sodium chloride, bovine albumin, and a macromolecular potentiator to enhance antigen–antibody reaction sensitivity.
Serologically, this reagent demonstrates direct agglutination of Rh(D)-positive erythrocytes, including most D antigen variants (except DVI), and provides high sensitivity for the detection of weak D (Du) phenotypes when used with slide, tube, gel card, and microplate methods.

Storage Conditions
The reagent vials must be stored at 2–8°C upon receipt. Prolonged storage outside this temperature range may accelerate the decline in reagent reactivity. These reagents have undergone transport stability studies at 37°C and –25°C in accordance with BS EN ISO 23640:2015.
