Bandung, December 16–19, 2025 — Rafa Topaz Utama successfully conducted an installation and training program at the Regional Health Laboratory (Labkesda) Bandung as part of its ongoing commitment to supporting the modernization of Indonesia’s healthcare diagnostics. This initiative focused on the implementation of a fully integrated urinalysis solution, combining the LabUMat 2 for automated urine chemistry analysis and the UriSed 3 Pro for automated urine sediment microscopy.

During the program, laboratory personnel received comprehensive training designed to ensure confident and efficient day-to-day operation of the system. The session began with a technical overview delivered by Mr. Ihsan Muttaqin, Product Specialist at Rafa Topaz Utama, who explained the working principles and key features of both 77 Elektronika analyzers. This was followed by hands-on application training led by Mr. Kholid, Application Specialist, covering routine operation, maintenance procedures, and result data management.
