CRP Latex Kit

The Lorne CRP Latex Test Kit is designed for the qualitative and semi-quantitative detection of C-Reactive Protein (CRP) in human serum. CRP is an acute-phase reactant produced by the liver in response to inflammatory conditions, infection, or tissue damage. Elevated CRP levels are commonly associated with bacterial infections, rheumatic disorders, post-surgical complications, and various inflammatory diseases. Early and accurate CRP detection supports timely clinical assessment, treatment monitoring, and effective patient management.

The test reagent consists of uniform latex particles sensitized with highly specific rabbit Anti-CRP (IgG) antibodies. When the reagent is mixed with serum containing CRP, visible agglutination occurs, indicating a positive reaction. The reagents in this kit are manufactured under strict quality standards to ensure excellent sensitivity, specificity, and reliability of results.

For user safety and convenient laboratory application, the kit reagents do not contain CMR substances (carcinogenic, mutagenic, or toxic to reproduction), endocrine-disrupting chemicals, or materials known to induce sensitization or allergic reactions. All latex reagents are supplied at optimal working dilution, ready for use with all recommended testing procedures, eliminating the need for additional dilution, preparation, or supplemental reagents.
